Catering Menu

I'm able to smoke your meat at your site or bring it to you cooked.
In the future I would like to be able to provide full catering services
for you, in the mean time I can smoke whole hog, pork butts, pork
ribs, turkey, sausage, brisket and chicken. Everything is slow
smoked over charcoal and wood. I use my own bbq rub and
sauce and I know you will fall in love with my bbq. Send me an
